Here’s a fun way to make a motivational poster for inspire you to exercise and generally be healthier. I found all the graphics for it from a cool site called The Berry but it seems the site is no longer. So the next best place for motivational quotes for health and encouragement is Pinterest. I started saving my favorites to a folder on my computer.
Shortly thereafter, being duly motivated, I decided to create a Treadmill Nook in my bedroom and I wanted to make use of some of the graphics I had saved. I uploaded them to Walgreen’s 1 hour photo and then picked them up. Then I grabbed two pieces of foam board and preceded to glue them on. In the end I had two nice sized thick sturdy posters plus one smaller one. The total cost was $12.00. You can use your own photos of course but the ones I used are free to download below as a zip file.

You can make or find your own graphics or download the ones we used. I uploaded these to Walgreen’s Photo online and then picked them up. You’ll have extras unless you map things out really well ahead of time.

Instructions
Upload the graphics for print ordering 4×6 size. Walgreen’s and Walmart let you upload and then pick them up in an hour.
Spread the prints out on the foam board to determine the best layout. This takes a little work as they are in both vertical and horizontal format and you don’t want any gaps.
Spray glue works great for attaching the photos. (Use it outside.)
Lightly spray the back of each photo making sure to cover it entirely.
Place each photo in its pre-designated spot.
Finished posters.
There were extra graphics so we also created a smaller poster.
This is how they look in my treadmill nook. Very inspiring!
Thanks for sharing this creative idea and for allowing us to download the pictures that you used. Much appreciated! Have a fantastic day!
