Snow Mason Jar Craft Supplies
NOTE ON SALT: The salt can come in different forms. Some is more crystallized and icy looking, other types is more flaky like we used. All of it is safe as it can even be eaten. It will fall off your jar a bit. you can use a clear acrylic sealer if desired to help prevent this.

Instructions
Gather your supplies. This shows a quart size mason jar but I ended up using a pint size.
Epsom salt comes in different textures. This is how mine looked. Place it in a cup ready to sprinkle.
I placed my jar over a paper plate for quick cleanup afterwards.
Working quickly, brush Mod Podge down the sides of your jar. You want an even, slightly heavy coat.
Make sure to bring it down around the curved part of your jar. Notice there are some extra heavy areas. I smoothed those out.
I had my Epsom salt ready in a cup and sprinkled it over my jar while turning it. A little goes a long way.
Dump the extra back in for another day, another jar.
Cut out your leaf pattern and trace your holly leaves.
Cut where shown and glue them together to make a curved effect.
Wrap your twine around the jar and tie, gluing two holly leaves underneath it.
Glue on three small red pom poms for berries.
Choose your tag of choice if your giving your jar as a gift. Print and cut it out.
Attach some ribbon.
Add it to your jar.
Add in a real candle or battery operated candle and display!
