The Poems (on tags below)
MONSTER BE GONE
Have a feeling things aren’t right
When it’s cold and dark at night?
Grab your bottle, give a spray.
Send those monsters on their way!
GHOST BE GONE
If there’s something tall and white,
Floating near you in the night,
Never fear, they’ll go away!
All it takes is one small spray
ZOMBIE BE GONE
As you’re doing what you do
And someone starts to follow you,
If they’re looking gaunt and thin,
And it seems they’re missing skin,
Nothing makes them run away,
Quicker than some zombie spray!

Instructions
You can use a variety of small spray bottles from 2oz to 8 oz. make sure they have a smooth surface for adding the faces on!
Add anything that will give the water a light scent. Essential oils are great. You can even use vanilla or almond flavoring! If your bottles are all clear you can also add a drop of food coloring into some of them. Green for zombies, blue for monsters and clear for ghosts. IMPORTANT: As a reader pointed out food coloring can possibly stain bedding and clothing.
Print and cut out the monster faces on regular paper.
Print and cut out your tags on cardstock.
Glue on the face pieces.
Fill the bottles with water.
Add a few drops of something to give it a scent. We used lavender oil as it dispels negative energy!
Punch a hole in your tags.
Tie them onto the bottles using raffia, ribbon or string.
Love this but does the water with food coloring stain anything? I would be worried about the bedspread getting sprayed with red water lol
Hi Molly!
That is a very good point. We actually didn’t use colors for the liquid but purchased colored spray bottles and put clear liquid in them. I’m going to update the post so that I let folks know that the colors could cause staining on bedding. I appreciate the comment. Thanks so much for visiting!
Absolutely adorable!

Super cute! A friend’s little boy was convinced a ghost lived in his room, this would have been perfect for him!
Sometimes little things like this can go a long way to helping a child feel empowered!
