It’s that time of year again where our sleep patterns are disrupted and we are either too early or too late for appointments. Yes, its Daylight Savings Time and whether you love it, hate it or are indifferent, its a fact of life and we’ve created some printable reminders to help you set your various clocks appropriately. (And maybe get to where you’re going on time until your brain adjusts.)

A Few Tips
- March is the most difficult on the body. To lessen the effect on your internal clock, a week ahead of time, go to bed and get up 10 minutes earlier
each day. - The night before go through the house and set all your clocks accordingly. (Cell phones and computers typically auto adjust for DST.)
