5 Minute Delicious Edamame Snack

  • 1 Bag Frozen Edamame in Pods, any size.
  • Salt, small coarse variety (Regular will also work.)
  1. Boil a pan full of water, enough to cover the edamame a couple of inches.
  2. Add frozen edamame
  3. Cook for 5 minutes starting the moment you put it in the water. (Don't wait for it to reboil.)
  4. Drain.
  5. Sprinkle salt over it, stirring as you do.
