1 to 2 TB of Chia Seeds (More will make it thicker.)
8 oz Warm Water
Sweeten with Stevia or Xylitol to taste.
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a cup and stir well. Place in fridge and let sit for at least 20 minutes to thicken slightly. Stirring frequently keeps it from clumping though some like it that way.
